From exciting obstacle courses to dance, movement, games, ball skills, focus drills, balance, coordination, resilience and mindfulness. Our program enriches mental and physical health, fosters early coordination, muscle development, balance, core strength, gross motor skills, fine motor control, teamwork, and crossing midline development.
From the ages of 0 - 5, pre kindergarten is an extremely important period for mental and physical development of a child. Where the child begins to lay the foundations of their emotional, social and coordination compass. Developing essential fine and gross motor skills.
We have created a curriculum that targets the principles above, each lesson incorporating a sprinkle of these fun, challenging, engaging learning modules to promote positive early pre-school development.
