About BOUNCE! 360

Fitness classes for groups or individuals

One on one, group or family personal training sessions. Book your personal training session with the Bounce team starting with a free consultation and one on one session. We will tailor a class plan to suit your needs using obtainable short, mid and long term plans to achieve your goals. Personal training sessions available for families.

Affordable in-studio daily group fitness classes also available, please check the timetable for class times.

Welcome to BOUNCE! 360

The BOUNCE! team can host your personal training session at our studio or we can come to a park near you. We all have different needs and goals, whether it be physical, mental or general wellbeing. We will sit down with you and gain an understanding of what you would like to achieve. From weight control, cardio, strength and conditioning, self defence, balance, coordination or even just becoming more active in general. We will establish these goals and create short, mid and long term achievable goals.

Dynamic, fun and varied personal training

We like to mix things up so you won't be doing the same thing all the time, this way it keeps our workouts interesting and fun all whilst working a range of different muscle groups and categories. We mix in a few games and challenges you wont even know you're exercising, until the next day of course!  

Bassline measurement

Data is important when measuring results and we at BOUNCE! 360 are all about getting you the results you're looking for. We establish a baseline and then create tangible goals and measure the results as we go along. Creating regular rewards and motivation for the next phase.

Callisthenics and callanetics exercise routines

Full range holistic and fine tuned precision training via fun and accessible callisthenics and callanetics routines including high impact exercises and low impact exercise options for anyone with niggling injuries or physical restrictions.

Tabata or circuit work

A fun way to exercise doing high impact training with small breaks to ensure you maximise your output. Add some music and even invite a workout buddy for twice the motivation and double the fun!

Self Defence, confidence and resiliance

Build confidence and resilience through self defence. Improve your strength, conditioning and flexibility all whilst having fun punching and kicking stuff!

We are all on our own journey in life and the BOUNCE! team will nurture and recognise all the different ways we can approach every task and individual goal in life. We all start somewhere and we here on the BOUNCE! team have all faced our own challenges within our fitness pathway.
