classes celebrating our differences! Conveniently located on the Central Coast, NSW.
The BOUNCE! Team has a rich history in teaching, coaching and mentoring all
ages from 1 to 91. Through exciting activities, games, mindfulness, socialisation and self defence you will
be moving and having fun all while improving your mental and physical
wellbeing. We offer private one on one or family classes as well as open social classes

Is an inclusive and nurturing space for all children, including children with special needs, disabilities, ADHD, GDD and ASD. We can all flourish mentally and physically through the joy of activities, games, and fun. Specially designed lighting, sounds, and sensory or weighted equipment.

All round personal fitness:
One on one sessions available, group and family sessions available for general fitness and wellbeing, We can tailor a class plan to your needs where we can set achievable short, mid and long term goals!
We can plan off site or in studio sessions at a time that suits you.
We also host Fun & Fitness classes for a fun blend of exercise and activities. perfect for groups or people with a diagnosis.

Elevate your preschooler early physical and mental development with our dynamic blend of fun, games and preschool activities.
BOUNCE! Junior classes are structured, high energy and involve instructional play
Classes from ages of 2 - 5 Tuesdays and Fridays.
We also host one BABY BOUNCE! class per week on a Friday morning
6 months - 23 months of age
